'The SEN groups are brilliant for (child's name) and her siblings. There is a great range of activities. We often struggle as a family to find activities in which all the children can participate so these groups are perfect for us.'
'I'm so pleased my child attends this setting. The SEN provision and knowledge is outstanding. Very supportive setting.'
'I love bringing my children to the SEN holiday sessions. It is great to have somewhere I know (child's name) is happy and relaxed but it's also great for his brother and older sister to come to as well, especially when the holidays can be very long with 3 children to keep happy! There is a great range of activities for all children.'
What should I do if I have a concern or complaint about the provision for my child?
In order to deal with your concern or complaint in the quickest and more straightforward way, we ask that you take a graduated approach:
a) Firstly speak to the Key Worker
b) If your concerns cannot be addressed by the keyworker, then please contact the Headteacher via the school office and/or SENCO
c) Finally, reference should be made to the school’s Complaints Policy should further action be deemed necessary.
We aim to deal with any complaints at the earliest opportunity. Your complaint will be acknowledged, usually within 10 working days. (In accordance with the Complaints Policy)
